The outline: A Hi-performance longboard, also known as the No Ka Oi model. A board that was designed with input from a good friend and incredible longboarder who lives on Maui.

The Rocker: Nice, not too low nose rocker with killer tail rocker for nose riding and tail surfing.

The Bottom: Light nose concave to single to double to a light Vee off the tail.

The Tail: baby squash, baby round tail or baby round pin.

The Fin setup: G-X, G-3000s and G-5s work well for side fins and found that the Kanoa Swoop 7.5 or K2D2 works well for a center fin.

Surf size range (Hawaiian): 1 to10 ft. Has been ridden in solid 8 to 10 foot Northshore surf but only by the experienced.

Size recommendations: 8'0" to 9'6".

Shapers comments: This board paddles easy, is fast and loose, can go vert and do full roundhouse cutbacks. It cruises through the flat spots allowing the rider to lenghthen his/her ride.
